Where Dataoil engine oil is produced: production runs at our company-controlled base — Qingdao Weidu Lubricants Co., Ltd. (~3,000 m², ISO 9001). The in-house lab runs intake and dispatch testing; every batch sample is retained and traceable; key batches are verified by third-party CNAS laboratories.

Dataoil's operating entity, Beijing Triangle Bay Technology Co., Ltd., holds a 51% stake in Qingdao Weidu Lubricants Co., Ltd. The base sits in Qingdao (~3,000 m² site) and holds ISO 9001 quality management certification. Oil blending, filling, packaging and warehousing are done at this base.

In-house laboratory
The base is equipped with an in-house lab covering two critical nodes: raw-material intake testing — base oils and additives are tested item by item on arrival before warehousing; and finished-goods dispatch testing — finished products pass full batch-by-batch testing before leaving. Every batch sample is retained and traceable.

QC framework (six steps)
Dataoil's QC process has six steps: raw material selection, intake testing, blending, finished-goods testing, batch sampling, and dispatch on pass. Each step is recorded and archived; key batches are additionally verified by an independent CNAS laboratory.
Base oils are sourced from top-tier synthetic base oil makers; core additives use Afton's additive products. Purchase invoices are archived for verification.
Base oils and additives are tested item by item at intake by our in-house lab; rejects are refused at the gate.
Formulas are blended to batch standard in pulse-blending reactors; filling and packaging run on the automated/semi-automated lines at the Qingdao base.
Finished goods are fully tested batch by batch (viscosity, flash point, acid value and other key items); key batches are verified by an independent CNAS laboratory before release.
Every batch sample is retained, so any quality query can be re-tested against the archived batch with a complete trace chain.
Goods ship only after full testing and batch archiving; test-report numbers are published for verification (e.g. report 202100988 for the 9000 series).
Liquid lines (AdBlue / Coolant / Windshield washer)
The liquid lines cover three liquid product families — AdBlue (diesel exhaust fluid), coolant (engine coolant) and windshield washer fluid — running blending, filling, sealing, labeling and packaging. Every batch runs the same six-step framework above: raw material selection → intake testing → blending (filling) → finished-goods testing → batch sampling → dispatch on pass. Finished liquids pass full in-house lab testing before dispatch.
