**Where Dataoil engine oil is produced:** production runs at our company-controlled base — Qingdao Weidu Lubricants Co., Ltd. (Qingdao, ~3,000 m², ISO 9001 certified). The in-house lab runs raw-material intake testing and finished-goods dispatch testing; every batch sample is retained and traceable; key batches are verified by third-party CNAS laboratories.

## Company-controlled base: Qingdao Weidu Lubricants

Beijing Triangle Bay Technology Co., Ltd. (Dataoil's operating entity) holds a 51% stake in Qingdao Weidu Lubricants Co., Ltd. The base sits in Qingdao (~3,000 m²) and holds ISO 9001 certification; the project filing with the development and reform department and the environmental impact assessment approval are both on record (numbers TBD, published once confirmed). Oil blending, filling, packaging and warehousing are done here. Line setup details: TBD (pending on-site photos).

## In-house laboratory

Two critical nodes: **raw-material intake testing** — base oils and additives tested item by item on arrival, rejects refused; **finished-goods dispatch testing** — full batch-by-batch testing (viscosity, flash point and other key items) before release. Every batch sample retained and traceable. Equipment: viscosity meter, flash-point tester, density meter and other standard instruments (full list to be updated).

Base oils from top-tier synthetic base oil makers; core additives from Afton (procurement fact, records archived). Formulas blended to batch standard; full lab testing before dispatch.

## Liquid lines (AdBlue / Coolant / Windshield washer)

Liquid lines cover AdBlue (ISO 22240 grade), coolant (all-season / summer) and windshield washer fluid (anti-freeze / all-season), running blending, filling, sealing, labeling and packaging. Same six-step framework and the same lab intake/dispatch nodes as the oil line. ## Three-way verification

- International additive inputs (Afton, procurement records archived)
- Third-party CNAS test reports (report numbers: TBD)
